Mechanism of Action
Schizonticide in the endo-erythrocyte phase. It has no action on the exo-erythrocyte forms that are fixed in the liver

Side Effects
Minor digestive disorders (nausea, anorexia)

Contradictions
• Hypersensitivity to one of the components
History of liver and /or blood disorder at the time of the treatment.

Observations
• It exerts action on a number of strains of plasmodium falciparum resistant to chloroquine.
To be taken after meals
